Why communication is important to get a job?

Let me think first..ermmm..aha!!Now I am remember...communication is very important to get a job because  it make easier for people to understand it.Another is the way we talk with them (interviewer) will attract them to give us a job.A good skill in communication will make them feel confident to us to do a job that relate with communicate and meet with people. So,how to do that?
Well, 7C's are the answer.It will help you during the interview which are Correctness,Clarity,Concrete,Courtesy,Consideration,Conciseness,and lastly Completeness. This are the important things that should have in our communication.
