For the first day, my father teach me how to ride the bicycle on my backyard. Then after I got it, I asked my father to try my bicycle on the road. My father didn't agreed it. But after I asking him many time, he just nod his head. So without wearing safety kits , I riding my bicycle on the road. Just riding my bicycle about a few minutes, accidently a car drove fast toward me. Because I am so panic, I ride my bicycle to a huge drain. I'm just got a small injured at my hamds and leg but my bicycle was very teribble damages. I cried harded because I 'm so scared if my parents scolded at me.Well my tricks is effective. They didn't angry at me. By the way thanks to God that I not got broken arm or legs and that driver car never shown up until now to say sorry...Its ok to me, I have forgive him..(n_n)

the person that I want to be...

Assalamualaikum...hi everyone..thanks to view my blog..
today I got some interesting topic that I want to share to everybody. If I been given a chance, I want to be like Naruto, which is my favourite character in japanese manga.I want to be like him because it represents more like me. He are clumsy, kind-hearted and never give up although faces a lot of obstacles in his life. He also very passionate to do his job. Thats why I will make sure any tasks that I do looks prefect and smooth.I wants my friends be like that and do the best of every task that been given.Never say no when people need help. Thats the thing I practice in my life. Although I got some work to do, but when people need my help. I am glad to give my hand of it.

Another things is he likes  to improve his skill to be the best and stronger from his friend. He knew that he is not strong enough but because of his attitude that never give up when fight with his opponent, they salute him because of that. Same as me, I'm actually quite weak in English or any subjects but because I have many opponent surrounding me so I decide to go forward to my weakness. Until now, I  can see the changes and improvement inside myself.  Thats why I want to be like Naruto..The End

He likes to help his friends surrounding him.But one thing that is not good about him which is he likes to delay his work. Any kind of works. I always remind and gives some advices to him but he just ignored it. One day he got some assignment from his lecturer that needs to hand out before final exam. Its percentage of marks are so high that can help us in final exam. If anyone handout after the dateline, their assignment will throw away and it will effect his result in final exam.I am so scared when heard that so i decided finish it early but Sam procrastinate that assignment. Until the dateline everybody sent that assignment. Sam have not finished it. He decided to sent it after final exam. At the end, after we got a result,we got a flying colors but Sam didn't. Malaysian Getting Obese (current issue)

PETALING JAYA: More Malaysians are keeping awake till late to indulge in what is becoming a top national pastime – tucking it in at 24-hour eating joints.
Yes, we are practically eating round-the-clock. If you are still not convinced, take a look at the goings-on at mamak shops close to and way past midnight.

These shops have sprouted up all over the country to satisfy the cravings of Malaysians who are gorging on calorie-packed late night meals with hardly a care – and getting obese in the process
The National Health and Morbidity Survey in 2006 showed that two out of every five adults or 43%, were either overweight or obese and an alarming situation where the number of obese adults had more than tripled over a decade, from 4% in 1996 to 14% in 2006.

Besides that, about 38% of youngsters aged between 12 and 18 were classified as overweight.
A recent survey involving 10,000 students showed that 24% of those aged between six and 12 were either overweight or obese.

Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai is obviously a very worried man, with more Malaysians at risk of being seriously ill due to uncontrollable eating.
“It has to change ... an unbalanced diet and eating late at night,’’ he cautioned. “In the past, we used to have two meals. These days, we are eating five to six times daily with late-night suppers at mamak stalls,’’ he said after launching the Malaysian Council for Obesity Prevention (MCOM) here yesterday.

Malaysian Council for Obesity Prevention (MCOM) president Jong Koi Chong echoed the minister’s concerns, saying the unhealthy eating trend was becoming a major problem.
“Our metabolic rate is very low at night making it easy for fat to accumulate in the body.
"Most 24-hour restaurants serve food that is high in fat, calories and cholesterol. Sadly, more of our young are picking up bad eating habits from adults,’’ he added.

Session Relax in English Class

My English lecturer had done a good idea. She had a game that need us to stand in front of class and describe someone that he or she likes to make a friend and the importants is that person should have in that class's game.

Lucky for me, 3 of my friends describe a positive things about me.I also should describe someone and she is my lecturer and mentor of me...hehe..But unfortunely there are a few students that describe bad things about their friends. To me it is not supposed to be happen.Well overall are we had a fun during that session and hope will do it next time..
